EXIT STATUS 25: cannot connect on socket

Issue Description:

Bplist for RMAN Backup pieces erroring with EXIT STATUS 25: cannot connect on socket

Accepted Solution:

1. Correct the appropriate server list on the client so that the master server is listed first and on top.

For UNIX/Linux clients the /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf file should have the top line as "SERVER = <master server>"

For Windows client, the first hostname listed in the DWORD, Server, should be the master server.  The registry key is located: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Config. The DWORD: Server is a multi-line string

2. Make sure the Master Server is resolvable via DNS or an entry is made in the local HOSTS file to resolve the host.

3. Make sure the Firewall is not the cause between Backup Server and Client Host you are attempting to connect from.
